Not sure where to begin? Start with a free 30-minute consultation to learn more about our coaching services and determine which coach is the best fit for your needs. During this conversation, you’ll have the chance to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a feel for our coaching style and approach. When booking, please select whether you’d like to meet with Ashlee or Dr. Lawrence Carbonaro. Choose Ashlee if you're seeking mental health and wellness coaching for children, teens, young adults, adults, or families, with a focus on emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, ADHD, routines, behavior, and overall wellbeing. Choose Lawrence if you're looking for leadership coaching, strengths-based development, strategic guidance, or support navigating professional and organizational challenges. If you’re unsure which coach to select, you can return to our About Me sections for a quick comparison — or simply reach out, and we’ll help guide you in the right direction. This consultation is a no-pressure opportunity to explore coaching and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Booking Appointments All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance using the online booking system. Once scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and a reminder prior to your session. Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in being charged the full session fee. No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations may impact your ability to book future sessions. I understand that emergencies happen — if there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out so we can discuss options. Waitlist Policy If no appointments are currently available, clients may request to be added to the waitlist. When a time becomes available, it will be offered to waitlisted clients in the order in which they were added. You will receive an email or text notification with the opening; appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you decline an offered time, you will remain on the waitlist unless you request to be removed.
